This has been going on for several decades------one company after another.

Wasn't it Loral that Clinton was involved in transferring technology out of the country.

Zenith------Gateway------and how about Maytag, believe they disappeared out of the nation.

Maybe they would rather hold hard assets than rapid declining in value paper. Remember when Japan bought Rockefeller Center and Pebble Beach Golf Course?
I don't think they paid cash but used a mortgage.
