'Mad, I don't really think its' a case of our brokers lying. Its' just not a standard procedure for them, its' also one that can ultimately have them losing money, since the certified shares are no longer a part of your account w/ them. We just have to be relentless in our nagging. Again, I've made 3 calls today, my letters are mailed..I've demanded they go to the MM's directly if they can't come up w/ the certs. Has everyone else here been as diligent?. The brokers have been 'trained' in their protocols....we have to make our intentions known, and be relentless in that quest..,Pugs
