CAT+BUCY will save or create a lot of American jobs, IMHO. CAT's large rubber-tired machines plant in Decatur, IL had almost come to a standstill a while back. Packaging BUCY pit mine machines with CATs movers for large sales will put a big dent in Komatsu, Mitsubishi and other foreign competition.
