I know a farmer who signed up for a lay out program. Fed showed up and he had planted 6 inches over the line. They nailed his ass.

I signed up for a grain storage program. Feds measured it. Next spring I sold the grain and it was 4 bushels short. Got the letter about how the gov't was going to take a million bucks worth of my property if I didn't pay them $2.80 right now.
