Strongly disagree with that. I think that effectively allowing on judge (5-4 decions) to make such important decisions for the country amounts to a dictatorship. "No matter how bad the courts are they are at least fair and they interpret the constitution better than those players who are like chess pieces.. legislators." Depends on what judges you are referring to and what legislators you are referring. Also, on the social issues, I don't think the real powers that be care. lj
