Carry on with the media blitz and announce run tickets etc, ALL PRIOR TO THE DECISION OF THE SOLID WASTE DEPT Within the DEC? lovethatgreen Share Sunday, November 14, 2010 11:03:46 AM Re: Rawnoc post# 76730 Post # of 77025 Quote: Still don't know how they are operating a temp permit just from the air people? It's strange it would be that difficult to do something so beneficial. But we all have heard the phrase "location location" and I think the P2O unit is located in the Love Canal area. And for folks that aren't familiar with the story, they can read the link below. JB picked a tough nut to crack with NY as a location to debut. epa.gov There is little to no doubt in my mind that this is going to launch. But it isn't going to be in a couple of weeks. There will be a decision made according to the criteria that the Solid Waste Dept requires concerning the eligibility for the BUD. And after that if eligible, and more than likely IMO will be, it will take a bit more time to process. It wasn't days to process. But it wasn't months either. I dont really see what the big deal is. Everyone has waited this long. It's going to be a bit longer. That's an honest assessment of where it is at concerning the BUD. This has nothing at all to do with the air permit. end of storysiliconinvestor.com
