Perhaps you should do some DD on the DEC site and make a few phones calls? That's what i did and it didn't take long to figure out all JBII is going to need is a simple air permit..... Here is how SIMPLE this is going to turn out....JBII will receive a SIMPLE air permit....a BUD or a 360 isn't going to be required and JBII will SIMPLY go into production.....
