Does America need---"need"-----the new treaty NOW? Why are you in such a rush. Why do we need a treaty to modernize our systems here? And why agree to x and y and z specific numbers with the Russians. Seems to this writer that Iran is the issue and not a paper treaty with Russia. Is Putin playing with Obama by not dealing directly with Obama? Seems to this observer that Putin is playing a game of Chess with Obama and intends to win whatever concessions he can. Heck, we still don't even know if Obama is qualified to be President and here he is wanting to rush through treaties that could be declared invalid if he doesn't produce all his papers.
