Re: UHT vs HCN ... It seems that we are always faced with choices, KO or PEP, PG or KMB, CL or CLX, JNJ or ABT, ADP or PAYX. I've had no problems making those decisions. In every case, I own both! <lol> I've decided to do both with HCN and UHT. I don't own any health care REITs and I do own at least two of everything else. I like to consistent, so UHT and HCN it is. Funds have been submitted to my broker, so I'll be buying in the coming days. Thanks for the tip. I like what I saw.
