This slide is starting to worry me. Any hope we will get back to 30 by end of the year? Moe, what's your take? Thought the settlement and Motorola deal would make it skyrocket. Everyone seems to be getting hit--COMS, ASND,etc.

This is my opinion, but, in the best interests of shareholders, the outside board of directors should look for a new chairman. I do not believe that the current chairman is capable of taking DSC into the next century. Look at DSC's track record since the infamous October 1995 profit warning. If there are cost cutting measures, will his $1,000,000 salary be reduced? I do not feel any encouragement with today's stock action. Currently, the price is 20 3/16, down 2 5/8, on 4,200,000 shares. Recently, I sent letters to DSC's outside board of directors in order to express my concerns, and two of the letters, thus far, were returned to me. This is a DSC problem, not a US Mail problem. Anybody else frustrated?
