I would leave it to the NASD, but if a large number of shares are involved, chances are that the shareholder could also afford to take on the broker legally.

I'm afraid the lawyers thing maybe the only recourse if it comes to that. I'm am still trying to get info on this whole process, but quite frankly there is not a lot of folks that really know. For now people have to do what I have done, and that is "CALL YOUR BROKER EVERYDAY FROM THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER UNTIL THE TIME THAT THEY ARE IN YOUR HANDS _ BE THE BIGGEST PAIN IN THE __ THAT YOU HAVE EVER BEEN IN YOUR LIFE. TALK TO SOMEONE IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY AT YOUR BROKERAGE HOUSE!"
