ADTC Ramblings....... Hello, I am excited about the prospects regarding ADTC in light of the recent acquisition announcement. Glenn Walters must foresee the need of additional capicity. The recent addition of a new machinery mentioned in a release dated 9/04 and the hiring of an experienced Electronics Sales & Marketing VP bodes well for this company. I wouldn't be surprised to see additional acquisitions and sales announcements. Evidently the two customers approvals for HED film capacitors will be substantial. Josephthal, Lyon & Ross recommended this stock back in November '96 with a twelve month price target of $6 - $7. ADTC is on track as far as the estimates are concerned. The recent acquisition, additional business, and revenues should flow to the bottom line resulting in some dramatic increases in eps. The key phrase used in the acquisition announcement is "acretive". I like what I see. Regards, Tom
