How about the rumor that....

Toshiba is using CUBE chips? I think this is pretty darn significant myself.

The Toshiba news is groundbreaking. Toshiba is a company that has devoted huge resources to the development of the DVD standard. It has developed its own DVD chipsets and it uses them in its consumer DVD products. And it is one of, if not the leading supplier of DVD-ROM drives. As the leading edge manufacturer of laptops, we cannot underestimate the significance of the fact that Toshiba shunned its own chipsets and integrated ZiVA on the motherboard of its flagship laptops. This confirms the acuity of CUBE's vision for digital video products. You can bet that other laptop manufacturers will sit up and take notice.

Good work AB and crew!
