Interesting. In reverse, non-Americans often get "available only in the USA" after we have gone through a project of signing up for something. Good point on giving more details in case there are problems with a link. Mqurice

Every country sees the Europe as a cow to be milked. Once they established that €750 billion ($942.7 billion) emergency debt package, euractiv.com it was just a matter of time for the countries to have a go at it. It is their nature. If they see some money called a fund, they want to pocket it. That started with social security and unemployment money. When I see the summer forest fires in Portugal, I don't even have to seek for the evidence: Those are fires started by owners to get some money from the EU...
