I won't swear to this, but I believe it's because they are running x2 and K56Flex inside the same chassis. I guess Rockwell can't stand the competition.

Well Glenn ROK didn't say anything in that long release of FUD about the particulars of just what it is Bay Networks is doing wrong. Isn't Bay putting x2 in some of their equipment that also has K56Flex? Scrapps, I also noticed ROK never indicated how a license was violated. Bay's top end RAC will support 56K Flex or x2. Not both in the same RAC at the same time. I have no idea what their contract with Crockwell may be. Glenn
