Are not your mortgage rates 'locked' in normally for the a amortisation period ? A great gift if you buy in a low rate environment . We really do not have that luxury up here.. really that is my impression beyond all the arms business..

2 things, 1 if you own your home there is no interest deduction 2) they need to do away with the interest compounding usurious
crap, buy houses like fed funds rate is fine, but the bulk of payment should be towards principal and the slavery would be manageable...if that's even possible-
