John you're right. A lawsuit is not the answer. All you'll get back is pennies on the dollar. Is that all you people think S3 is worth. Not to mention damaging S3's financials and making those F*cking attornys rich at our (the shareholders) expense. They have no interest in S3 shareholders! Just their own pockets!!! Say no to the class action lawsuit! I'd rather see S3 move up a couple of points than be damaged by a worthless lawsuit to benefit attornys only.
