The relationship is this:

"Eastman Kodak Company executives said today they continue to see losses in their digital imaging business in the near term, <<< but they expect those losses to narrow over time, according to an analyst.>>>

The analyst said that <<< Kodak executives reiterated their committment to the digital photography business, and seemed upbeat about the near-term future of the business.>>> "

If Kodak does well in digital photography in the future, it will benefit Sandisk. Kind like if Intel does not get sick, all high tech co. will not get a cold.

Furthermore, Kodak reiterated their commitment to digital photography.
