Does it matter? First of all it would take a buyer waiting for
100,000 shares in a block. I don't think they can find enough
shares to short such big blocks. So close to the edge....nah..it
was a buy. Recorded late as not to encourgae other sales.

Then again, that would be interesting...."yes Loyal big customer I
can hook you up with another loyal customer shorting the stock."

That 100k could easily have been a buy. Could have been a late print. Institutions buy at the bid very often, and could have been that as well. There is no real way to know whether it was a buy or sell with certainty.
