Usually a stock such as this doesn't go down for no reason. I left this stock at 32 and at 26. I did not like the action when news was announced. It used to be that a y2k contract would cause a price spike. Even better-than-expected earnings had little impact. There is something wrong. Perhaps, it's just the sector and market conditions in general. I don't know. But I would like to buy around 16. I expect the Dow to test 7000 once again. At that point it will probably be around 16.
