The tribunals have resulted 4 minor guilty verdicts and not of those considered dangerous including KSM has been brought to trial... Torture confessions were not allowed in military trials until Bush changed or passed a law allowing it. It is not grandfathered however. I think more than 200 cases have been tried in civil court.. KSM will probably not stand trial because of his tortures but he will be kept as a POW until Al-Quaeda and the Taliban are made peaceful
