Bull. All I said was that "I think that Presidents should be compared to other Presidents (and first terms to first terms, second terms to second terms, Congresses to Congresses, etc.) And that I also think that oranges should be compared to oranges, apples to apples. Nothing hard to understand about THAT is there Bill? But I never said or implied that ANY group of Washington politicians did not share responsibility for unbalanced budgets! (That part is purely inside your head alone, but it never appeared anywhere in my posted words, Bill.)
