Arun, you racists always think collectively. < And like you, they keep believing that because they have dominated for a couple of centuries, they have the god given right to dominate for ever. And nitpicking deficiencies in other cultures without acknowledging their strengths and values. >

And it's not exactly a nit in India. If you count the corpses floating down the river, it amounts to a camel sized problem, not nit-sized.

My culture has more in common with many Indians than it does with "New Zealand culture", though I don't share the enjoyment of cricket which many of them seem to like. But some of my best friends are cricketers, so I don't hold that against them. You should put your racist stereotypes away with your 19th century thinking.

You didn't read that link you gave did you? Nor did you read Rudyard's poem [with understanding]. I don't recall reading it before. It didn't read like the caricature of it that is the common misconception. But commentary in that link you gave quoted reviewers who obviously can read for meaning.

Arun, would you say that's like TJ fascinated by and critical of a very few Japanese buying used pants from vending machines? As though that's the norm in Japan. <And nitpicking deficiencies in other cultures without acknowledging their strengths and values. >

Keep in mind that buying used pants does not involve any victims, unlike the depredations of China's bosses on those with whom they disagree.
