Sounds a like a great way to cut expenses - but seriously ask yourself - if this was such a wonderful success - why is eric holder and odumbo not screaming from the tallest buildings to go forward on all the rest of them?

Ghailani's testimony and the testimony of the man who sold him the explosive would have been allowed to be considered.

Ghailani was found innocent of all the murder charges and there's no way to spin that as a good result.
