The Obama administration will never go forward with any more civilian trials of terrorists. Ghailani's verdict was a disaster. He beat ALL the murder charges and almost got away completely.

4 out of 5 of the guys tried for the same crime with Ghaliani got life sentences....

Yup - wish they would have just killed them on the battlefield.

They are both still in favor of civilian trials.....

How much money you bet this is the last trial?
