Holger, you ask, "do you really think tech stocks are too high?" Yes I do, I think they're monstrously overvalued...and so, apparantly does the market. And that's what counts most, no matter what I think, it's the market's perception, not mine. It's fine to say you're long on a stock. That's what most of us who paid too much for a stock say. I'm in for the long haul. But many stocks, whether big cap, tech or whatever, go down and stay down and those who persist in holding them lose everything in the "long run." And being a long term investor for
older folks is just plain wrong. You talk about the BIG guys moving in to buy at low prices. Well, whoever those big guys are, they lose money too. I'm not saying you should buy or sell anything right now...that's up to you. But people are much too complacent these days thinking stock markets only go up. Regards, Harry
