Now you're suggesting Ghailani wasn't guilty of the murder charges. After all, he WAS found not guilty of murder by a civilian court .... after the judge excluded most of the evidence against him. Under our criminal justice system, the accused are INNOCENT until proven guilty, so Ghailani is legally INNOCENT of murder as far as the law ic concerned.

Then after casting doubt on the case against Ghailani you go on to insist the Feds would not let him walk even if he were found not guilty on ALL charges anyway, that they'd hold him "for the duration".

IOW you think they should hold a man forever when he's been found not guilty by a jury? So why do you think we should even have any trials at all?
