Then, every GOP candidate that was trailing hanged their hat to the movement's wagon and call it their own. so what? anyone can claim anything. didn't you see all the incumbent republicans that believed they were safe, get tossed out in the primaries? people were voting for small constitutional government. -------It was really disappointing. When it felt like we were going to have a government of the people, by the people, for the people, we ended up with the same old, same old. what do you mean we ended up with the same old same old? the newly elected won't even be taking power until january. and many of the newly elected are now for small constitutional government. next election there will be even more. --------Two party system is not working. that's because most of the politicians in power both democrat and republican want big government. big government is big tyranny. --------They are both control by lobbyists and special interest groups. and that's what the movement is fighting against. --------I had hope for the TEA party movement, alas, I was disappointed. they haven't even taken power yet and you're disappointed in them? i get the feeling that you've never wanted what they were about in the first place.. --------The people that got elected as the TEA party, they have to tow the line of the GOP. completely untrue. they are fighting the establishment GOP all the way. some of them may cave in, but i believe the vast majority won't. time will tell. they haven't even been sworn it yet..
