Carolyn, this is why the ERA failed as an amendment to our Constitution.

The ERA would have transferred power to the Federal Government from the States. Despite Ted Kennedy, we temporarily put that grab for the Federal power grab to rest in the States.

What we are seeing now is Obama grasping for similar power over the states.

This is a coup attempt-----I agree with the sentiment, let's hope that the Supreme Court has the integrity and courage to stand against the usurping of freedom by Mr. Obama and his friends, czars and czarinas.

that is one of the most heartening posts i've read in a long time Carolyn. i pray that every word of it is true and that those cases get brought before the supreme court toot sweet.
