Nobody who has read the book believes it was ghost-written. Nobody.

It is inconceivable to me that a person who is not a total idiot could draw that conclusion after having read the book.

As the days wear on, GWB looks more and more like a genius. Sometimes we just don't know what we've got 'til its gone.
