Obviously it was BS that Oscar was shoveling. I guess that means what he said
about BCMD reporting by Nov.15th was probably babble, too. I do not see
over 600,000 as low volume, Milk. We are unsure where to go, down to nothing,
or up through 1 1/2. The market has determined that. It also has determined that
1 1/2 is the high for now, and that there exists a buying opportunity below that.
So, we hover between 1 3/8 and 1 1/2, till there is more to fuss about.
With the strength of the last two weeks, one might think that the investors
would bail. Like I said before no news is not good. BUT, it depends what the buying is for.
If there is buying for production numbers of this quarter, we won't get that for another 3 months. If
it is buying for announcement of JV, that could be anytime. If it is for news of progress, or more news
of a big ore find, that is anytime. The first scenario has a slow steady rise till the announcement. The other
two is a choppy ride-excited when there is any rumor of anything from PR, and letdown as each
day passes-but when it finally comes there is a runup. This last batch of buying is from the talk of closeness
to signing a JV partner and the Cambridge recommendation, as well as early buying for production numbers ofTHIS quarter.
When news of a JV comes, I will sell at near the peak(when it starts to retract significantly-like if it shoots to 3 and falls to 2 1/2. It
will probably go down to 2 or lower. Then return. IMHO, there is a lot of scared people out there-scared of losing it all to a megadrop if
BCMD is not producing anything "significant". Me included. You gotta watch these guys close because it could crumble anytime.
This is the first real quarter of significant action-production, etc. Everyone is watching to see what BCMD gets. If it is good, BCMD is in business for a little while.
Each quarter beyond will build a company from the floor up literally. This is the beginning of a potentially big deal. In the beginning,
there is great speculation and alot of hope-with that comes great profits, and potentially devastating losses. I am riding this wave, but first sign of real danger, like bad production numbers, and I will get another wave.

Milk...While I don't think this was a low volume day...it was a LOWER volume day for BCMD than what we have seen in the recent past....a low volume day to me is when less than 250,000 shares are traded in this kind of stock...In fact it is common for these kinds of stock to trade at less than 200,000 shares on a day like this when.we are waiting for very important news to come out.....

I will admit I was very impatient today and I am very persistent and vocal when I get impatient...as poor Lionel now knows..... I swear I heard him groan each of the many times he heard my voice on the phone today.(grin)...

I do think the JV announcement is very close....While he is always very careful not to step over the line.......everything Lionel said to me today makes me confident that this announcement is only a matter of a few days away. I have not heard or sensed anything from anyone that changes my opinion of that fact......but I must stress this is only my impression and thoughts....you need to make your own decision on this.

Just as I am sure all of you were doing, I too was carefully reassessing my share position in BCMD today. And after a long walk to clear my head, I sat down this evening and did some more very thorough research on BCMD. I keep coming to the same conclusion....this is a fantastic opportunity and BCMD is a very good investment and I need to be patient and wait this out.

Another fact I am sure many will agree on...BCMD is close to its yearly high...we need to consolitdate at this level if we are to move through it. While BCMD is currently a news driven stock...it is in a postion to become much more than that as soon as production numbers etc are announced, so it can move up without news...it has already proven that.

Because the quarter ending November 15,1997 is too soon to reflect a true profit...I am expecting the company to let us shareholders know what is going on by giving us regular production reports. If the rumors are accurate then there will also be other exciting news releases in the near future.

Everything I know and discover about this company tells me it is going to be an excellent stock to hang on to.....the upside potential is tremendous and we have all seen many other stocks in this postion go on to be huge successes.

You also should consider the recent history of BCMD....it has steadily moved up even though there hasn't been a news release in several weeks...that makes me think we are just doing a normal small bounce back off of the yearly high...just as we have on every other milestone along the way....I have seen many stocks do this very thing and then steadily climb right on through to new highs....

While it is tempting to take my profits and attempt to buy back in at a lower price....I don't think this stock is going to drop more than a few pennies before it again begins its steady move up..... That means that if I sell and wait, there is a very good possibility I will end up having to buy back in at a higher price.....

On the other hand if I look at this as a buying opportunity...I can acquire some more stock at a very reasonable price....and that is what I feel is the best thing I can do at this time. So I will continue to accumulate BCMD stock and not sell at this time.

This same viewpoint about BCMD has been expressed to me by several very intelligent, experienced and well informed investors who I respect and admire as being very astute with regards to stocks and the stock market...

In fact one of whom was astute enough to get out of Brex just a matter of hours before it was delisted.....My esteem for this person is constantly growing. He too is a shareholder and is not selling but instead is currently buying more BCMD stock...
