My sentiments too: <the way to guard freedom is to have a lot of middle class with multiple sets of documents and lots of savings > Hence the need for Tradable Citizenships so people are free to sell their share of the community and head for somewhere else, taking their own money and their personal share of the public assets too.

That way, people would vote for good governance instead of bad via opm.
