So when Chinese state owned mining managers DELIBERATELY DECIDE TO NOT INSTALL THE MOST RUDIMENTARY SAFETY MEASURES, is that not institutionalized murder?

It reminds me very much of the Asbestos industry, trading profits for the lives of the people they exposed to their product.

One of those people was my father, who passed last year of Mesothelioma.
