Message 26732036 I opined on their business model a while ago. It's repulsive. But it's also not very bright on the part of the newspapers they "represent". People aren't going to refer others to their sites for fear of being sued. The URL itself can be a gray area and RightFlamin' or however it's spelled has shown they're trying to snatch money in the gray area, so who knows if they'd try to sue someone for posting nothing BUT a URL to a site or article. It wouldn't make much sense, but neither does this new business model which, while potentially lucrative (though looking not to be anywhere near as much so as they'd hoped) for the lawyers in the short-term, it pretty much sticks a fork in the long-term viability of the companies they "represent".
