Jay,

Trading S&P futures can be rewarding, if you felt market was to continue straight up. The problem is you pay additonal premium to buy them. You can be right and still lose money because of it.

If you decide to play that game you need to be prepared to-let your profits run and cut your losses quickly. If need be to roll into next expiring contract, because of your loss on the present one.

Think about this? The market creates a new item and look what happened to market? That must have been a bundle lost when people bought the opening contracts?

Morgan-Stanley thinks we will test the lows in market again. In other words more consolidation, maybe then?

Good Luck
Ken
