Exactly. The entire purpose of bankruptcy is to allow the company to present a plan for viability. Nothing the Obama Chapter 11 did furthered that objective and a very strong argument can be made that the administration's tinkering exacerbated the problem; a true bankruptcy could have manhandled the unions instead of basically forking the business over to them (where it is destined to fail again over time). This is the now-tired "jobs saved" argument in disguise. They're advertising jobs saved when there is no evidence, whatsoever, that a single job was "saved" by Obama's actions. The Big Lie. Again.
