This guy is the most incompetent president in modern times and it was blatantly obvious to anyone paying attention before he was elected. That he is an abject failure comes as no surprise.

He won't be lifting Atlantis.

Not a very independent study, wouldn't you agree?

In any case, you can't prove a negative no matter how hard you try. The "study" is nothing more than a puff piece written by people with obvious conflicts of interest.
