"Probably wouldn't if the US implemented capital punishment for drug dealers, as they do in China. There are many things I applaud China for, and this is one of them." No good for the US privately run prisons, the owners of which have lobbied hard and long for mandatory sentencing for drug "crimes" to keep up their occupancy rates.
