So... are you saying that now that the GOP controls the House of Representatives NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET DEFICIT will be entirely their 'fault'??????????????? ('Cause I don't think so!) Re: "Reagan was promised spending cuts which never materialized." So WHY THE HECK didn't he EVER PROPOSE A SMALLER BUDGET IN THE BUDGET PROPOSALS THAT HE SENT OVER TO CONGRESS???????? (If he supposedly wanted 'spending cuts', LOL!) They generally approved (both Dem-controlled House, and GOP-controlled Senate) slightly less spending year-after-year then he requested!
