So... are you saying that *now* that the GOP controls the House of Representatives NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET DEFICIT will be entirely their 'fault'???????????????

So WHY THE HECK didn't he EVER PROPOSE A SMALLER BUDGET IN THE BUDGET PROPOSALS THAT HE SENT OVER TO CONGRESS???????? (If he supposedly wanted 'spending cuts', LOL!)

They generally approved (both Dem-controlled House, and GOP-controlled Senate) slightly less spending year-after-year then he requested!
