Colombo, And I still don't know what I want to be when I grow UP! OK to the point, what makes you think McNealy is any better than Gates? MS Java is 'purer' than Sun Java, at least according to the standards Sun has set. Hindu philosophy taught me that big fish eat little fish, so somebody, somewhere is going to be 'big dog', and 'big dog' tend to be, well 'big dog'. If and when Sun turns the Java mantle over to the 'world', then I may become a believer. But in the mean time I'm not holding my breath, and will continue my love/hate relationship with MS products in lieu of downloading Linux and other freebies from gnu.org Regards, Rich
