The US 'strategy' is based on the left wing mode of operation which uses the "science" of psychiatry as its "religion" : The basis is that people are equal to inanimate objects--they have no individuality and any that do should such an idea crushed out of them. People should all be clones. Little kids should sit quietly in a row without any of them shifting their feet. If any child does shift his feet he should be drugged so that he then sits there passively and becomes one of the "group." Only a viewpoint that insane would focus as the left does on inanimate objects.
