They need someone fighting for them because apparently John Bordynuik does not have any loyalty to long term employees as stated in his own words. jjsmith Share Wednesday, November 24, 2010 12:33:45 PM Re: None Post # of 78401 Looks like it's time for JBI, Pakit and Javaco employees to unionize. "Javaco is a prime example with low margins and a mom and pop business. They pay these people too much and we can't get value for it. As well, I generally find the mom and pops have a loyalty to long-time employees and this costs us." viewer.zoho.com This would have a huge effect on their costs, but I think it is the best way to save the company. A union would be able to step in for the employees in the event the company goes bankrupt. If they go bankrupt with no union the employees probably lose their jobs. I think the only way to protect their jobs is to unionize that way in the event JBI claims bankruptcy the union likely would step in and help to resume operations of the new PRIVATE company probably owned by the union itself. FYI it is very easy to join the union and the company cannot stop the employees from joining/forming a union. Just call the Teamsters or any other union and tell them you would like to unionize your workplace. They will promptly step in and would like force a company wide vote within days. They don't mess around. Quote: Think about it! John uses people then dispose of them and or they figure out he has no business skills or ethics and they resign. 1. Take for example, all the board members that resigned. WHY? 2. Javaco - Judy V. Why? 3. Florida team - Weber, Shoemaker, Haber and Kaplanis WHY? 4. Pakit team - Seneca, Paris, Wiley, 14 employees they laid of yet had to hire 14 temp workers the next day (no savings there) WHY? 5. 500 Technology Drive - Rui Gauma - More wasted money spent, never read one tape out of there even though Johny promoted they were reading tapes at that location. He actually shipped non working tape machine and skids of tapes so they could get pictures for the web site. MORE SMOKE AND MIRRORS. WHY? I tell you WHY, Because Johny doesn't know how to run a company. He had no real business before he leveraged Javaco and Packit. Oh ya, that's right he had the tape reading business that financed Javaco and Packit PURCHASES, NOT!(The tape business was and still is all smoke and mirrors) I heard it was the Florida team that raised all the money to buy themselves out because JB could not raise enough on his own. They even gave Johny a 90day extension to come up with the $$$$$ BTW, I also heard Katie's coming down to run Pakit, Jacob is next to go! he was only there to be a hatchet man. More facts to come later If true that is the biggest BOMBSHELL yet. So you are saying that the CEO shipped non working tape machines to the Cambridge office for a fraudulent photoshoot to make it appear like the office had a bunch of machines and was processing tapes? If true, that is HUGE. siliconinvestor.com DoubleO7 Share Wednesday, November 24, 2010 5:42:23 AM Re: BRIG_88 post# 78320 Post # of 78361 Think about it!
