I need other acquisitions to buld a floor on the stock. That was going to be his excuse for blowing up the OS and is probably why he increased the AS to 150 million. When those buyouts fell through there was no need to tell the TA it had increased from 70 mill... I've often suspected those 21 PR's in one day was an accident and the emails prove it. Whoever was responsible for that blunder ultimately doomed the pump as it attracted all of us realists to the JBII scam. If they had followed the plan (release a PR every 6 hours during the week) then who knows how high the PPS would have been inflated before the crash.
