I am not trying to get him to say anything...I am trying to make him see the uncertainty of the entire process and the special circumstances that existed...which is my problem with naysayers on this topic...they are so certain that a standard C11 process would be the best course of action, but that is anything but assured, in fact, it's much more likely to find opinion indicating that the consequences of a C11 at the time would have been dire for employment and economy at large. Unfortunately, nothing is too big to fail ... What do you mean by that? Al
