Thanks for your response---the 4% pop in the stock today hopefully bodes well for the retail data that will be out later this week. As stated--if the retail consumers are back, debt free entities like (SMRT) should lead the rebound in this market segment.

Key issues for me-
1) Special .50 cent dividend ex-D next week
2) No long term debt
3) Stock selling for less than 2X book value
4) Latest short interest is miniscule and doesn't even show in the latest Barron's list of short positions.
