<<Corporations are not alien blobs or robots. They are groups of people acting collectively. Allowing people freedom when they operate collectively enhances our democracy and freedom. Corporations can give money and not even disclose it. Individuals have to disclose it. So foreign nations can buy an american corporation and give a ton of money to buy a congressman and influence voting which is against our coutnry and for theirs. China is doing exactly that right now. They have 8 sovereign wealth funds with 100 billion in each and they are buying interests in American companies, like GM, unocal (tried ot by it) to get our technology, but they can also now get our congress people. And as they do not need to disclose where the money comes from endanger our country. Sun Tzu would have killed bush for wasting our military and funds on two brush fires in the middle east (that were never a threat to us) while making China strong by taking his eyes off china and borrowing three trillion dollars to fight his stupid ass wars and give tax cuts to the rich. Stupid. Just plain stupid. And the supreme court decision endangers our democracy, and as mentioned country, but maybe you cannot figure that one out.
