Tappis: great advice! I will consider. You must have read my mind! I was thinking that if you combine the beaten markets with the deep discounts to asset valuations a closed end fund may be the best way of playing Asia. The only concern I have is that these funds ussually have outrageous running costs. (i.e., 2% or more?)
