Two differences. Legacy is in the rules and regulations and mindsets.

Second. Today we swap. The old stuff costs were HW and are kep humming along.

The emerging markets do not have the old mindset. Before it was a disadvantage. Today is a plus.

But I keep thinking here:
The legacy holders provided generations with good service and the nations profited from that legacy. It enhanced the quality of life of legacy holders.

In the emegring markets previous generations, not having the legacy there, did not have that benefit.
