The only things I can think of is "ground clutter" returns reflecting off of the PV's when they play with their radar illumination of stealth aircraft and "electronic noise" coming from the inverters at the solar array (DC to AC).

My wild guess....

I like your logic on the purchase. But the big driver shortly is my hunch that China will have to go whole hog on building out any generating potential. They are going to run into a wall with coal fired generation shortly. They won't be able to get enough coal to keep their plants running. The supply chain is beginning to kill them.

Renewables is the only thing that can scale from here.

Then they will throw even more money at renewables.. it's coming very shortly..
