John G, Thanks. I scanned this too quickly and missed the statement, "The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company is the Chairman and principal shareholder* of PAT.* ". I agree. My first reaction was "why should ASYT waste resources on this business having written it off?", but it is annoying to see that Parikh will benefit from any success and the shareholders will suffer as his attention and that of one other officer is diverted. Am I missing some offsetting benefit that justifies the expense? Ian.
